When I ordered the rug the rug was recommended so I also purchased it the rug was 5 x 5 the rug that went with it was 5.6 x 5.6 which is too big, now I have to pay shipping to return it, that is a crock!

Easy Returns - Good Quality - Nice Purchase
I ordered a rug from rugsdirect.com and it was beautiful but it was the wrong color. They made the return very easy but you do have to pay for the shipping if you want to return and it's not cheap. $69 - $84 depending on drop off or pickup by FedEx.
I did order another rug and they did give me a 15% discount off the sale price. That was very nice.

Never buy from rugs direct they are a…
Never buy from rugs direct they are a scam company. They did not sell the product advertised. All marketing no product . We were sent a rug with large bare patches in the nape where you could see through to the nylon backing. They do not take returns. You have to pay them to accept the rug back. Below are the photos of what they call the highest of rug quality. We will cut the rug up and throw it in the trash and be out the $350 and be happier that we don’t have to have this inferior product in the house.
