I was amazed at how fast I received my rugs and pads! I had never ordered a rug online before and was a little hesitant but I couldn’t be more pleased. The rugs are wool and they brightened up our bedroom and entry hall. The colors are rich and true to the pictures on the website. I have vacuumed them once and the canister was full but I have not had any shedding. The pads are nice quality as well. Very nice 👍🏼

The entire process was fantastic. The order was easy to place and the products arrived in perfect condition. If there is anything I would have preferred was more updates on status of the order since it takes about 6-8 weeks but other than that it was a great experience and I would certainly order from them again.
