The rugs I purchased (5 of them) are hallway runners 10 feet long. They are all crooked! I sew and what appears to be the problem is the hemming/surging tension is off causing the rug to pull one direction...like a bad hem. Very disappointing.

The rust/brown accent color in the middle of the rug is actually a dark peach. If I’d know I would not have ordered it.

The rug came smelling like a campfire. Even with the air filter and windows open, I could not get the smell out of the room. I suspect that the warehouse where the rug was must have had smoke damage or a fire. It was terrible and certainly not worth the value paid. I returned the rug and asked for my money back.
