I had a manual chicken door rigged with…
I had a manual chicken door rigged with pulleys initially so having the automatic RUN-CHICKEN door has been very convenient not having to go out and open it in the mornings and close it in the evenings. I programmed it for 5 minutes after sunrise and 5 minutes after sunset. It worked great for a year and then I tried to reprogram it and it would not go into programming mode. Customer support sent me a video and they gave me a link that fixed the problem. Customer service responded to me promptly each day until the issue was resolved. I love my RUN-CHICKEN automatic door and the customer service is great!

Run Chicken Doors ♥️
I have 5 run chicken doors and love them.
The new ones are wonderful being able to use with Bluetooth.
I can’t say how much easier my life has been with these doors…
My girls get only the best and that includes their doors….
I guess I should say I’ve been using these doors for approximately 3 years now…

The product is well built and works well. My recent purchase came to me defective and was corrected by Run-Chicken quickly without question. This is the second door I’ve purchased from them. These are easily the most well thought out, sturdy, and reliable chicken doors available and customer service is excellent.

This door has been great. My only concern is the lack of manual override- SEPARATE from the app- in case of prolonged power outage, which we are prone to have here. I don't like being strictly dependent on the app. In fact I didn't realize it was app-dependent or I would have purchased a different one.
