The first lady wasn’t very helpful. Saturday, February 24. However, the second lady, Tuesday, February 28th was exception! She walked me through the application process and found why my codes weren’t working. Very patient and kind!! ❤️

This is an update to my original post. After having my voucher denied at the door at H20000 waterpark in Lake Harmony, PA, and having to purchase a Groupon on the spot, Rush49 responded to my request and processed a full refund immediately. In the end, the waterpark employees incorrectly denied the voucher from Rush49. Sounds like a misunderstanding from their employees on what discounts are or are not accepted. Jackie from Rush49 was prompt and professional in her response when I sought a refund. Ps- It’s too bad the waterpark was incorrect in their denying of the voucher because Rush 49 was $25 cheaper than Groupon.

I bought discounted tickets to a show that required the use of codes to get make the final purchase. The codes did not work amd they only way to contact help was via email. I received no response prior to the show and was forced to pay full price. I the. Requested a refund and again…waited for days and was told I could get credit. I responded that in no way was that acceptable since I have no faith in your codes ever working again. Waited again over 24 hours and was told that I would get a full refund. Very frustrating, no apologies amd still waiting h for it to show in my credit card. If you’re going to run a business that sells discount codes for shows, you should have way better attentiveness and customer service. Never using this site again.
