The fact that I had to keep contacting the web chat because the course kept saying every answer I pick was wrong even though it was correct so I wasn’t to happy about that

Course material was very good
Course material was very good. Help line not so much. Had a start up issue and tried to use both the chat option and telephone support. Both were a failure, no call back or response on chat. I finally figured out what my problem was but wasted 45 minutes. If the company has no help support then just removed it from the menu

Thank you for your 4-star review, William. We sincerely apologize for the lack of response from our customer support team. You're absolutely right to be frustrated. You reached out for help, and we dropped the ball. That was our mistake, not yours.
We're glad you eventually figured out the startup issue on your own, but you shouldn't have had to waste 45 minutes doing that. Our support is there to help, and we failed to deliver when you needed us. We've already addressed this internally with our team to make sure it doesn't happen again.
We really appreciate you noting that the course material was very good. That means a lot, especially given the frustrating start you had. If there's anything else we can do to make this right and earn that 5th star, please let us know.
Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy, and again, our apologies for the support issue.
Thank you for your 3-star review, Lamont! We're glad you found our course simple and user-friendly. Since it sounds like you had a positive experience, we'd love to understand what we could have done to earn those 4th and 5th stars. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you soon. We're always looking for ways to improve and provide the best experience possible for our students. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!
Thank you for your 5-star review, Yonah! We're glad our communication met your expectations. Keeping our students informed and supported throughout the course is important to us. Thank you for choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

Beware
Wow. And not a good wow. The course was ridiculously long, incredibly redundant, and pretty expensive for what you have to sit through. You have to sign up and pay for the course before you know what you are getting. I would find someone else.

Thank you, Dane. We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns about the length and cost of the course. The duration and content are set by the Arizona Supreme Court, which mandates all approved schools follow the same minimum time and material requirements.
Regarding pricing, only the course fee portion goes to us — the remaining fees are remitted directly to the state and court on your behalf. We also offer a Pay Later option that lets students preview the first module before paying, so they can decide whether to continue. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and will keep working to make the experience as smooth as possible.
Thank you, Caroline! We’re glad to hear you found the course straightforward and easy to complete. We appreciate you choosing Safe Drivers Academy!

My Driving instructor was wisam in safe drivers school. He taught me the first lessons of driving since I came to PEI. He explained all traffic rules and regulations during driving class and I gained confidence in driving even through the traffic times. I suggest,Wisam, an excellent driving instructor to make you a confident driver in PEI.

Thank you, Rajesh! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. It sounds like your experience was with a different driving school, but we’re glad to hear you had a great instructor and positive learning experience.
The information was very informative, however it took 7 hours to complete a 5 hour course. Something should be done about that.

Thank you, William! We’re glad to hear you found the course informative. The timing is set to meet state requirements, which include minimum seat-time standards to ensure all approved schools provide the same level of instruction. We appreciate your feedback and would love to hear if there’s anything else we could have done differently to earn that fifth star!
Thank you, Orges! We’re happy to hear you had an excellent experience with the online course. We appreciate you choosing Safe Drivers Academy!
