Lost of one time verification codes…annoying
I like the read along and some of the features. But for the future please lower the many times we have to insert a verification after each quiz ends. It is very annoying and the time limit for it as well. There are other security options that are safer and not so much work to insert a one time code. I wish it was more fun and interactive. it was just a lot of reading and information. add more bright colors to the modules that are interactive. It was easy to go through and thankfully finished before the 30 days. I dreaded reading but the read outloud was helpful.

Thank you, Giselle, for your thoughtful feedback. We completely understand how the frequent verification steps can feel tedious — unfortunately, the New York DMV requires strict identity validation throughout the course to ensure compliance with state regulations. That said, we truly appreciate your suggestions about improving interactivity and design, and we’ll share them with our development team as we continue enhancing the student experience.

The course was really so good! Convenient! and comprehensive!
The course was great; affordable, quick, and easy to complete online. I liked that I could go at my own pace since I was busy; it let me pause, come back later, and review the material as many times as I needed. Very convenient and well organized!

A+ Defensive Driving School (via Safe Drivers Academy) made completing my defensive driving course simple and stress-free. The sign-up process was straightforward, and the course materials were easy to access and follow. Each module included short, manageable quizzes that reinforced key points without being overwhelming. I also appreciated how quickly the website portal confirmed my eligibility to take the course as a remedial option for my ticket.
Overall, I highly recommend A+ Defensive Driving School for anyone needing a convenient and effective way to complete a defensive driving course.
