I had a problem with the weight of the saw at the end of the extension. I am 82 years old. I explained the problem and offered to return the item at my expense. Instead, they gave me a full refund and did not want me to return the item. I really appreciate the service. TL

This product looked so helpful, but I never received it! According to tracking advice, it was delivered to my mailbox. I searched high and low - everywhere that it could have been left. When I contacted customer service, they were very responsive and refunded the purchase price for this lost golf cart seat. This is not normal practice for other instagram/FB purchase issues. I appreciate their responsiveness and their satisfying my issue. I will definitely shop here again!

I received a propane torch that did not ignite. I tried numerous times and finally contacted customer service. Kaus (rep) contacted me that I was getting a refund. It was done quickly and professionally. I was skeptical if Sakerplus was legit but I have purchased numerous items and continue to be very pleased!
