The customer service is outstanding. I have purchased from Sakerplus twice. Both items were received in a timely manner and were exactly as advertised. Sometimes when ordering on social media sites you never know what you will get. Sakerplus is legit. First the bad news. My machine worked for about 5 minutes and suddenly stopped. I reached out to the company and they suggested a couple things to try. No, that didn't help. I replied to them my results and they quickly offered a full refund. That was great news!

My first order was flawless. The hand held blower was well worth the money & service was great. So I ordered again. Mini steam irons & power washer. Neither iron (one a gift-embarrassing) worked & the power washer was missing from box. They replied to my 1st email saying they would get back to me. Crickets even after several attempts on my part. I'm out $107 . Best advice I can give is STAY AWAY!!!

The customer service was prompt and professional. I was issued a refund immediately, no questions asked. Later, I discovered that the issue with the tool I ordered was operator error on my part. My husband was able to fix the issue I had created and the tool works perfectly. I reported this to Support and they still issued a refund even though I told them I no longer had a problem with the tool. Exceptional service!
