I had a good experience with Sakerplus. the part sent arrived but did not fit my truck. They refunded my charge when I asked. They also said to just keep the part without returning it. I am very happy with the response and I will continue to buy through Sakerplus.

The nut was cross threaded, they issued a full refund since there were no replacement parts left to send me. I immediately got the refund. This is a great company that stands behind their products. This is my second purchase from them.

This company is NOT A SCAM, NOT A RIP-OFF. I ordered a tree trimming package & a weed whacking package. In less than a week I received the weed whacking package. When I emailed that I didn't receive the tree trimming package they refunded my money that very same day, immediately, no hesitation no questions just full refund. The weed whacking package was not what I wanted, they had upgraded my order with several different attachments & 2 batteries, (I wanted the 1 with wheels). The package came very well packed, batteries & charger bubble wrapped inside company box & then inside another box. USPS damaged both boxes & 1 battery was cracked. Sakerplus requested photos & then refunded my money for the weed whacking package in its entirety - no shipping anything back to them. The email apologized for my inconvenience & said to keep the weed whacker & enjoy it on them!!! Over $300 refunded me with zero hassle - that's not a scam. I have never had this pleasant of an online order experience. I will put the weed whacker together & update my review after using it. My experience with Sakerplus has been a 7/5!!!
