Don't buy from them, save your time and stress. Purchased 10oz chunky on dec 28 25. On Jan 23 26 they send me a refund after silver went up a good 20%. I have a feeling I'm not the only one they have done this to recently. So my refund sould be on my card by February. Impossible for me to purchase 10oz with my refund. I like some of the series coins / rounds they develop.
I ordered the Trident series and enjoy it very much. the mild changes make it easy to distinguish between the years. There are several very cool looking items that stackers would love to have to show off and just hold, till "that day" Great prices, response time is very good.
After payment is cleared it was a short wait to receive my order. Yhe wait is well worth. The quality of the stackers and cast bars is top notch quality. They add a touch of class and beauty to any stackers collection.
Purchased several silver stackers from the Scottsdale Mint; Lion and Eagle and I love them! Sharp, brilliant, amazing detail! They are true works of precious metal art and craftsmanship! Will be adding more to my stack soon!

While preordering American silver eagles not availble for a month, somehow my order was entered twice. On discovering the order was charged twice I contacted Scottsdale Mint via their preferred "contact us " site and said it may have been my error and to please, reverse the charge. They said that due to "dynamic pricing" they would not. I have been a customer since 2013. Unless my credit card is reversed that will be no longer.

I have gone through many online PM brokers and dealers, the best ive dealt with is Scottsdale Mint due to the high quality of their products, payment options and shipping clarity. I have now made 3 purchases through Scottsdale Mint. Just finished off a tube of cowboy rounds and their craftsmanship is above and beyond any other private mint that i have bought from. I highly recommend purchasing PMs through Scottsdale Mint. My next goal is to finish off a tube of Eagle Stackers and get a few Roman Eagle buttons.

Bought silver and they will not honor their misinformation. The money cleared my bank, and I have invoices and screen grabs of all transactions... below is what I sent them...
Why was this refunded???? I ordered legitimately and am expecting my silver. I have the screen grabs of my payments and of you acceptance of payments. This is not my problem. You had the items on the site and I purchased them correctly.... I will take this to court if needed. It was a done deal and I have the proof, you need to honor the deal and to admit it was your mess up ... not mine. I want my coins please.you have to man up and accept the consequences of your errors. Not my problem. I do not accept the refund. You need to reverse it and send me what was initially purchased. Sorry about your problems... but they do not include me. I bought, Paid and was invoiced. I want what was initially done!!

My 98 year old mother wanted to purchase silver for 2 of my children for their birthday’s. I am also on my mom’s checking account so this should have not been a problem. The bank took 2 days to release the funds after I raised hell with them. They had no right to deny her the use of her funds. Then to add insult to injury, Scottsdale mint refused to process her order without talking to her. They apparently have people calling you with no notice of who’s calling and from out of state numbers which I didn’t answer. You can call Scottsdale Mint but only get to talk to a message taker. I have never been treated so bad after giving money to them. I understand protecting the elderly but this was just a bunch of shit! The account has both are names on it!
