Applying for this financial assistance was quick and easy, payments are easy to make on the website, and I was relieved to know my pets could still access the care they needed. My dog was diagnosed with cancer and able to be humanely euthanized to relieve her pain, thanks to ScratchPay. I will definitely utilize this again if I need financial help for vet care in the future.

I was told there was no interest..I was wrong

I was told there was no interest with doing the Scratchpay payment plan. When adding up how much i still had left to pay with 4 payments left…the numbers weren’t adding up correctly. $50 of interest total is what I’ve lost by doing Scratchpay. Will not do again.

Thank you Scratchpay, you were the only option for saving young Bo Jangles life and keeping him in our lives, as he has 8 more lives to live. He had eaten a plastic plant which created a bowel obstruction. We had a rough week of not knowing what to do or how to pay and a lot of crying. Thank you Oregon Human Society for working with Scratchpay and your kindness throughout it all. They both made us whole again and it was an incredibly easy process to apply and glad I tried even though I thought for sure I wouldn’t qualify.

I once considered them a good company to do business with.

I have been using Scratch for vet bills for about 5 years now. It has always been a good resource. In that time I have successfully paid off 9 plans....always paid and never late. A couple of weeks ago I requested a new plan to cover vet costs but was declined. Nothing drastically different on my credit so I'm not happy about this st all. They seem to rely solely on AI to make decisions and are forgetting to consider a loyal customer with good history.

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves, not only do you go through a hard time with the passing of a pet but then you have a 33% APR loan/credit because vet bills are outrageous . Criminal and disgusting.
