Thank you for being there for me when no other lender was when my furbaby needed a life saving emergency surgery for a closed cervix on Aug 2024. You gave me more time with her I was able to cherish. The surgery saved her but 12 months ago she developed CHF and was given 3 months to live. She continued to show how strong she was by making it another 11 months. She peacefully took that walk across the rainbow bridge to be with her parents and brother on May 29, 2026. She was home and in my arms licking my arm when she started snoring for the last time.

Im very greatful that this service was available when I needed it most. My dog needed emergency surgery, and I didn't have the means of paying for it all at once, so Scratchpay was a lifesaver. I like that it was both easy to sign up for the loan and manage the payments. I had a very good experience with this service, and would recommend it to others.

The registration and approval process was easy. The auto payments were easy and paying off the loan was easy. This is about my sixth loan with "Scratchpay". It gives me peace of mind whenever I have to take one my pets to the vet.

All though i appreciated the help i was drowning in these payments. I had to pay 300 a month plus all my other bills I could barely afford to eat and it completely destroyed my credit because sometimes i couldn’t afford the full payment. Customer service cannot help with lowering monthly payment very distraught overall.
