I bought a 2x because I normally where a 1x and I wanted to be safe. It is extremely tight on the arms and it is not remotely a 2x size in the waist. I had it embroidered, so I can't even get a larger size exchange. What a waste of money. Very disappointed

I received my jacket with 3 stains on it. I was told to try to wash it. They didn’t come out. I was then told that they would send me out a new one. It’s been almost 2 weeks and have not received anything or an update on shipping. We used this company for my company and I think we will move onto a different one now.

Returns: There needs to be a better way to get a return without having to pay for shipping, also there needs to be something done better with returns on embroidered items not being able to do a return is unacceptable.
