I have received refund for items purchased and not received. While item price + tax was refunded, purchase of seel nor shipping charge was refunded resulting in in essence paying for shipping and seel charge for something I did not receive. I will no longer be using this site for purchasing despite I had been a customer over 5 yrs with over $5000 transaction over time.
