Spent time and lost money
I spent time, money, and nerves integrating with SendPulse because the service positions itself as an international platform. I set up the system, paid the tariff, started implementing it, and only after that it turned out that the service did not actually work with users from Russia. The biggest complaint is the lack of transparency BEFORE payment. Such restrictions should be shown immediately, even at the registration or payment stage, and not after the client has already invested time in setting up and migrating the infrastructure. As a result: — lost integration time, — payment costs, — the need to urgently look for a replacement and transfer everything over again. If you have restrictions on countries or citizenship, please indicate this openly and in advance. Now it looks like extremely unscrupulous onboarding. I do not recommend it for projects related to the Russian Federation or Russian-speaking users, because you can get blocked or rejected after you start working.

I’ve started using SendPulse to send messages to my followers on Telegram. Overall, using SendPulse requires some understanding of its structure; otherwise, you may get stuck halfway. Their live support is responsive, and they were able to answer most of my questions, which helped me solve several issues. However, I did notice that the system can sometimes lag, especially during nighttime (Singapore time zone). Other than that, I would say it has been a good experience.

I've never heard of SendPulse until they started sending me emails trying to charge my credit card saying I owe them fees for their services with someone else's name on the emails.

Just tried publishing a mailing campaign. I have my business suscribers, yet they rejected my list for no reason at all. I don't recommend these people, very weird.
