SENSER IS A SCAM
They sent me damaged shoes. I have the reciepits, sent the 14 photos they requested with the security tags in tact, and contacted them as soon as I opened the box--before I even received shipment notification from UPS. They insisted that they shoes did not have the damage when they shipped them AND they both refused to replace them nor give me a refund. They are Gucci and very expensive, and I can't eve wear them due to the large tear in them. I'm furious. The kicker is that they agreed that I didn't cause the damage and they still won't give me a refund or replace the shoes. Nightmare experience. Avoid. Use Cetteri. Also--they said they shipped them in "good" condition. Note they didn't use the word "new" condition. They were clearly used and sold as new.

Nightmare experience, from start to finish. They sent me damaged shoes. I contacted them about the damage as soon as I opened the box, before I even received the shipping delivery notification. I have receipts and over 4 days, I sent 14 photos depicting the damage with the security tags still on the shoes but YET they refuse to give me a refund or replace the shoes. They are insisting they didn't send them damaged. They did. They are a scam. Do not trust them. I'm out 1k for shoes I can't wear.

This is a scam online shopping app; everyone should be careful and avoid getting swindled. I bought a Gucci bag for $2,308, but they took my money without ever shipping the item. Although they promised to resolve the issue when I contacted them, nothing has been done, and I haven't heard a word from them in three weeks. They are scamming customers. I had to ask my bank to recover the funds from these fraudsters. Everyone needs to be extremely cautious—there is no guarantee they are selling authentic luxury goods. I am truly appalled by this experience. 🙏🏻
