Annual subscriptions are not refundable once a billing period has started, which is outlined in our terms. On roles and permissions, we know the current admin experience can be limiting. Improving admin controls and making permission management easier is an active focus for us in the first half of 2026. AI Overview is a newer product, and we’re continuing to improve it as SEO professionals adapt to AI driven search and AI powered tools. Our team is working hard to make sure it meets real world needs. I also want to clarify that live chat support is still available 24 hours a day, five days a week. You can access it through the Help Hub in the lower right corner by selecting “Contact Support” and then using the chat bubble when you scroll down. To add some context, your legacy plan was migrated to our current Essential plan with a 38% individual discount applied on an ongoing basis, as long as the account remains active. In addition, the Agency Pack, normally a £36/month add-on, was included at no cost, and our support team also offered a temporary discount to help ease the transition. Legacy plans were retired as part of a platform-wide update, and while we worked to minimize the impact through discounts and added value, we recognize that the change did not meet your expectations.
