I ordered two beautiful vases that other companies were selling at higher prices and they came not only securely wrapped in bubble wrap but also in an entire box of package peanuts, there as no way they were breaking! Additionally, I requested to have a price adjustment after I noticed they were having a President’s Day sale and they responded by crediting my card within hours. Extremely impressed by the product and Leon’s customer service!
Delivery was faster than expected, very securely packed to avoid damage and absolutely beautiful product!
One of the best things I ordered online. The reason for 4 stars not 5 is because the decoration on the vase lid was mistup a little bet when I open it. It needs to be glued in better way.
We're so sorry about the lid. This item is discontinued by Zodax and this was the very last one. If we had one, we would happily send another lid. We gave you a discount on your order (as a refund back to your payment method) for the inconvenience.
Merchandise arrived in a timely manner and packaged very well—pleased with the order.
Great product and prompt shipping! Will Use again.
My son loved the infusion decanter and has used it several times. The order arrived on time and intact!
My item was packed extremely well! There was so much care taken in the way my order was shipped, ensuring it came in perfect condition. I reached out to Seven Colonial about a missed shipping notification (an issue with Gmail, not them) and had a response in record time. This was a wonderful experience. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!
Amazing customer service and incredible products!! So happy to have found Seven Colonial!
Very helpful when placing my order. Nice products.
Description matches product it was just what I was wanting.
I recently placed an order with Seven Colonial. However, due to a problem at the supplier's end, I did not receive the item I ordered. Leon in customer service worked to communicate with the supplier and within a few days, I received a full refund. I would not hesitate to order from Seven Colonial again!
The items I ordered were delivered promptly and they were perfect. Thank you.
My Frist time ordering from this company. Received my order when they said I would and follow up to see if I was pleased. Good company!!!
Excellent service - perfect product!
Easy ordering of a fairly priced product. Package arrived promptly.
Colonial Seven just refunded my order because of a shipping delay. I contacted them about the delay and they unexpectedly refunded by order. Now that’s great customer service.
Thanks - delighted with my purchase!
I just wanted to respond to "Jay". It is true that the price is lower here, but it cost only ~ $2.00 more on Houzz and they did not charge any shipping or tax! A savings of approximately $10.00, net savings about $8.00!
You don't mention which item(s) you were looking at (nor do you know what Jay purchased). We're based in Los Angeles, so we are required by the State of California to collect sales tax if we're shipping within the state. If you're outside California, there is no sales tax. Shipping is free for orders $100 or more and very reasonable for orders less than that.
I somehow didn't finish an order that I thought I had. When I questioned why I hadn't received my order, they quickly got back to me with what had happened and got me my order in time for my party. Outstanding customer service and was very happy with my carafe as well.
The item I wanted was priced less than any other site I could find. Free shipping and fast delivery were pluses. Highly recommended company.
