Horrible!!

Horrible experience trying to get my claim reimbursed. It’s been 5 months of back / forth and ridiculous documentation needed for an emergency injury. I will never use seven corners again.

We bought multiple policies for the group. We only got medical insurance for some because bookings were refundable. Easy to use and pricing was reasonable. Fortunately, the trip was smooth and we did not need to make any claim.

Great price for the exact personalized coverage I needed

Fortunately, I did not need to use my travel policy, but I did want to mention in particular what a great experience. I had getting the insurance I needed that I was choosing the right medical coverage. Julie, the agent I spoke with was very helpful and quite knowledgeable about what they have to offer so she was instantly able to direct me to the provisions which spelled out in black and white Exactly what I was concerned about. I would definitely go with seven corners again which would be the third time I have used them. And I want to mention that the cost of my coverage was considerably less than the other AI recommended companies I checked out.

Expensive

Well, the service was ok but it took a long time to answer a question about the policy I bought. I thought the price was extremely high for the type of insurance I ended up buying, like over $1,000 for a 12-day trip. It seemed totally bonkers but I felt like I had no choice because I was leaving the next day.

Experienced peace of mind

My experience was, I never had to use it. So this whole star rating thing is ridiculous if you never had an experience to rate. Ii suppose you might say my experience was peace of mind.

The process of getting a quote was easy and quick. Inputting of the data for our trip was intuitive and the website was smooth and not glitchy. The price was about what I expected for our ages and the length of time we needed the coverage.

(And, I really like the name of the company .😊) I received helpful, clear information in a timely manner. I especially appreciated their contacting me just before my trip with a checklist of reminders for all different types of tasks to pay attention to before departing, like checking travel alerts and CDC alerts, etc ... Jeopardised my Visa Eligibility

I wasn't made aware that my health insurance was ending until it had already ended, this directly jeopardises my visa eligibility. USD is also not clearly specified on the quote, so it cost me double. I would have preferred to go with ANY other company, but given the lack of notice, I didn't have time to find somewhere else.
