Medical claim settled quickly

On an overseas trip, we had a medical emergency that involved about 8 hours in an emergency room and several tests. Upon returning home, we began preparing a claim for the hospital charges. The process was simple, involving providing basic information and reasonable documents to verify our claim. Within 2 weeks of submitting the claim, we received a check for the entire amount of the claim. Very impressive service.

This was my 6th policy with Seven…

This was my 6th policy with Seven Corners. This time we didn't need to use it thankfully. However last year it really saved our hinney when American Airlines left is stuck in Miami for 3 days. Seven Corners paid the claim quickly and with ease. Always happy to do business with them.

First time using 7 Corners

First time using 7 Corners. I found the rates to be very fair and the ease to purchase online extremely easy. Much easier than some other firms I have purchased from in the past. I also asked a question about direct billing for Canadian hospitals and actually got a response in a timely manner. That really set you apart from others. I'll definitely use you again.

Policy with pre-existing conditions

I specifically searched for a trip insurance plan that would accept pre-existing conditions and thought I did my research correctly. However, with a lot of legalese, they denied my medical claim. Thankfully I did have a policy where I could cancel at anytime and receive 75% of my money back, but I'm still out a significant amount of money and the policy itself was very expensive. I will not be using your services again nor will I recommend you. Very dissapointed.

Fortunately, we didn't have to make a claim! But, the process to get the coverage we needed and working with the agent went very smoothly. The agent was very responsive and if I need coverage in the future, I will definitely seek her out. One thing I like about Seven Corners is that there is personalized service. You don't feel like you are talking one of a 100 people in a call center!

An insurance policy for travelers

The sign up was easy, the cost was reasonable and what was included in the package if we needed it was spot on to our needs. The month trip went smoothly and we did not need to utilize any service but it was a comfort knowing if something did happen out of the country we would be covered.
