The ordering process was really good, but the quality of the product I received was not. When I contacted customer support, they didn't respond until I opened a case with PayPal, and then they put me off, even though I had only asked for the return address. Unfortunately, the quality of the delivered goods does not match the promises made in the pictures on the website! Regrettable!

I enjoyed your product and I ordered a few things, I did find that checking out. Could’ve been simpler because an 899 shipping fee was added, even though I had already spent and met the requirements for free shipping. I had to go back and redo the order over. We shall see what I receive in the mail when it finally arrives and how I like the quality of your products then.
