Matt made the process really simple and reassured me every step of the way. A competitor had tried to charge me well over their reported quote and Matt was able to make things right and still meet my timelines exactly.
You could offer me the same quality of delivery (flawless and perfect, exactly within my time frame and not a speck of damage) for 1/2 the price that Matt & Ship A Car Direct Did. I would STILL choose Matt. If I EVER have to ship my car again, I'm going right back to Ship A Car Direct, and you'd be crazy not to. Huge thanks to Ship a Car Direct for moving our car across states and doing a perfect job yet again. 'Yet again' because I first used them 13 years ago when we moved from CA to NY and had a perfect experience then too. I searched back through my email last month when it was time to move again in case they were still around and thankfully they were still there and so was Matt. Mike at Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and communicated exceptionally well. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The actual carrier did not communicate well, which is why Mike’s assistant was greatly appreciated. I sent him a picture afterwards of how filthy the inside of my car was, and they gave me a rebate to get it cleaned! This was my fourth time using Mike at Ship a Car Direct and I do recommend them and will use them again.

I’m happy to report a much better outcome with Ship A Car Direct. While the start was rocky, the owner (Michael) reached out and personally managed the logistics for me. He proved to be reliable and professional, getting my vehicle from CA to FL in only 7 days. It's rare to see that level of care from an owner. I’m glad I gave them a chance to fix it—highly recommended for fellow service members!!

This was my first time shipping a car from South to North( uphill?), and I got a recommendation from a neighbor, snowbirds, who have done it over the past 20 years. They highly recommended Ship a car direct, and talk to Matt who is always reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. Matt went above and beyond to guide our car back home. His communication was astonishing, and I didn't have to lift a finger, above driving the car from the drop off point to home. The world of car shipments made me wary. Lots of spam, hard to know who to trust. I went with Ship a Car because they seemed to have good communication and reasonable prices, and it turned out to be a good call. The price ended up being a bit higher than some other quotes I got, but the constant communication from both the company and the driver who ended up taking the car were great. I’d use them again.
