Good service, terrible shipper.
Your service is great, however, your shippers not so much. We shipped to our daughter in Texas three times in the last few years, twice our luggage was sent to the wrong address. If my son-in-law didn't track down the house it was sent to we would of lost our luggage. If FEDEX is going to be your shipper we can trust using Ship Sticks in the future.
Thank you.

This is the most convenient way to ship golf clubs. Ours were picked up at our home and delivered at our destination on time and in good condition. It was a dream.

Dont use home pickup service
I booked a golfbag delivery from my home in New Jersey, USA to Sandwich, England. Surprisingly, the Shjipaticks/DHL instructions had me wait ALL DAY (9a-6p) for the pickup. I was home on a quiet street, all day, waiting.
I called ShipSticks at 5p who advised me the DHL driver had driven by at 4.28p and did not see my bag at the front door (which is not visible from street and not clearly visible from driveway) and left. He/she did not call, text or ring the doorbell to ask about the golfbag.
I was sitting at the window of my kitchen next to driveway this entire time.
Wont ever use this service again for home pickup/delivery. Must use DHL office or golf course address. Poor, poor service with no plausible explanation by shipsticks.

Mr. Sellers,
Good afternoon, and thank you for sharing your experience regarding your Ship Sticks shipment from New Jersey to Sandwich, England. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience surrounding your pickup on Friday, July 24th.
As you noted, our pickup window runs from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time. When you called at 5:00 pm to check on your pickup status, we reached out to our partnered carrier, DHL, who reported their driver had come by at 4:28 pm but was unable to complete the collection. After sharing that with you, we quickly discovered the information DHL had given us was incorrect.
We apologize for the frustration this misinformation caused, and take full responsibility for this inconvenience. Once we identified the error, we worked directly with DHL to arrange a second pickup attempt, and they returned to your location at 6:47 pm that evening and successfully collected your bag for transit to England.
As of today, your bag is scanning as expected, and our team will continue monitoring the shipment to ensure it arrives at your destination on or before July 31st, as scheduled.
If you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this further, please reach out anytime by texting or calling 855-867-9915, or emailing [email protected].
Thank you for your time, and for choosing Ship Sticks.
This was my first time using ShipSticks . I went on a trip to Scotland for golf. I took and checked my bags from SFO to Edinburgh. My clubs did not make the connection. I needed to play with rented clubs at Carnoustie and Kingsbarns. The clubs finally arrived for my last round. I had booked one way from my hotel to a friends house. The return trip went off without a hitch. ShipSticks knows their business!!!
Two sets of clubs scheduled for round trip ending in Atlanta. Fed Ex left the clubs at the foot of the driveway with a note saying: "We missed you" when in fact, they never rang a doorbell, knocked, called, anything to let us know the clubs were left 75 yards away at the mailbox. We were waiting for them, expecting we'd get some sort of alert. This is about the vendor they use to ship the clubs. Ship Sticks chooses Fed Ex so if there is a problem Fed Ex directs you to Ship Sticks to complain. I have called Ship Sticks and registered my complaint. Anyone could have picked up the clubs from that location. Everything else about this shipment was fine but it leaves me questioning if we will use them again because of this issue.

Ms. Mitchell,
Good morning, and thank you for sharing your recent Ship Sticks experience. I'm glad both legs of your round trip delivered on or ahead of schedule.
However, I'm sorry to hear about the the location of the FedEx delivery on your return leg. I can see our team spoke with you directly by phone last week to work through your concerns, and I want to assure you we're filing a formal complaint with the FedEx facility in Norcross, GA responsible for the delivery. This isn't the experience we want for you or our other clients, and I appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
If you'd like to discuss this experience in additional detail feel free to text us at 855-867-9915, or simply reply to our email thread from last week. We want to ensure all of your concerns have been adequately addressed.
Thank you for choosing Ship Sticks!
Quickly arrived and quickly got back to me. Easiest way to send your golf clubs.

Easy Pleasey
Sending my son his golf clubs from our home in Virginia to his home in Massachusetts. I packed the clubs and added the shipping label to the outside of the shipping bag. I dropped the nag off at my local Fed Ex store and done. Three days later he received them with no damage. I received a delivery picture. Fully satisfied customer.
This service was everything I hoped for. Clubs showed up on time (actually a day early) and intact. Easy to book and drop off. Will absolutely use again.

Ship Sticks underpromised and…
Ship Sticks underpromised and overdelivered. They picked up my clubs on time and delivered them ahead of schedule in both directions. Their communication was also very good and complete.
