While delays in shipping are uncommon, when they do occur, our team prides itself on proactive, consistent communication and using every resource available to minimize the impact on your plans. Based on this feedback, we'll be reviewing the interaction to ensure our standards and protocols were properly followed in working to minimize the delay. As mentioned, since the shipment did not arrive as scheduled, shipping costs for this leg have been refunded, and our $200 Shipment Protection Plan has been offered toward rental and other qualifying golf-related expenses incurred while the delivery was being completed. At this time, we don't see that receipts have been submitted for your Shipment Protection Plan reimbursement. To ensure this is fully resolved, a member of our leadership team will be reaching out directly to discuss the shipment further and address any remaining concerns to your satisfaction. It worked as planned but VERY expensive
It worked as planned, on time. Tracking was nice. Clubs arrived in perfect shape. Honestly, I may not reuse the service. The price was insanely high, nearly 50% cost of my clubs. Too much.

I also appreciate your feedback on cost, and wanted to offer a bit more context. This particular shipment was an international booking (UK to US), and international shipments have a significantly higher cost than domestic shipments for a few key reasons such as they travel by air, and the price includes all customs fees and taxes tied to transporting unaccompanied baggage across borders. It's important to note our pricing is all-inclusive of these costs, whereas some other providers may bill you separately after you've already shipped. I'd also point out that our domestic rates are quite competitive, typically 30-50% less than booking directly through the major carriers, depending on service level (Ground vs. Express), and our ground rates are often comparable to simply checking a bag through an airline. I sent my clubs from Atlanta to Cape…
I sent my clubs from Atlanta to Cape Cod. Dropped them at FedEx on a Tuesday with an expected delivery date on Friday. They arrived on Thursday at 5:30 pm (just two days later). Excellent and worry free service. Will certainly use Ship Sticks again!

I am so impressed with Ship Sticks. It was such a streamlined process online to create the request. FedEx was here early in the morning for pick up and the drop off was early on day 3. I would definitely use this service again.
Better value than you think in Canada
When factoring in what it would cost to take bags with you on a flight, better value than it appears. Plus you don't have to lug them through airports and hotels. Easy booking. Picked up and delivered on time. Very happy with the service.
