I ordered a watch on 17July ,I live in the UK , their site said delivery in 5/7 days . I have emailed the company twice for an update on my order , and their site still says being prepared for delivery . No response , very disappointing . It is not rocket science , my first experience of using an American Company ,not good . Now day 10 and counting .
