Nonexistent communication & horrible customer service! Don’t order from this company. We ordered a watch as a gift it took forever to arrive. We reached out to get an eta & got zero response. If we’d gotten a response we wouldn’t have been upset. We gave up on it & bought one elsewhere. The watch finally arrived after the birthday party & now we don’t need it. They won’t take the unopened product back & don’t respond to emails. I wish we’d seen these reviews before purchasing. There are plenty of other companies to buy from that stand by their product & have actual customer service. Buy from them not Luxium.

actually works with formal outfits

Wore the stinger to a wedding and got compliments. Didn’t think it would go so well with formal stuff but it worked.

I’m always on the go and the stinger’s been perfect for that. I love how it tracks my steps without needing to have my phone on me. The GPS is fast and accurate and I don’t have to worry about charging it constantly.

I can’t believe how durable the stinger is. I’ve used it for months and it still works like new, even with some rough use.

travel just got way easier

The ultra has been great for travel. The automatic time zone change is such a convenient feature. I don’t have to mess with resetting it anymore and I’ve been getting my sleep scores back on track.

I bought the Luxium Ultra sports watch

I bought the Luxium Ultra sports watch. Looked great and had all the functions I needed. However within hours it became apparent that the digital numbers on the watch face were faulty. To be more precise the number 6 was completely missing from the 24 hr format. When it rolled over from 5 it went straight to 7 and correspondingly from 15 to 17. There is simply no number 6 in the hour format. I notified them via email asking for a credit or repair and was immediately refused with no conversation to be entered into. So here I am stuck over in Australia, $200 lighter and a watch thats faulty and cannot be used. Gutted to say the least and so disappointed with this company.

I wasn’t sure about the stinger at first because I hadn’t heard of the brand but it’s been a great purchase. It connects easily, looks clean and the tracking is surprisingly accurate.

I bought a stinger.worked fine for a few weeks and then the select button stopped working. Emailed support with videos and they advised to fill out the lifetime guarantee form to have it exchanged They then said it wasn't covered under the lifetime guarantee despite saying all parts were covered. I would not but another product from this company. They take ages to answer emails and don't stand by their products. They have also banned me from their Facebook page.

A honest review of the Luxium Stinger watch

When I originally received my Luxium Stinger watch, it was defective. It had vertical white lines running thru the display. It took awhile to get a response from Luxium, but once I did the replacement watch for it went fairly smoothly. Megan at their support was awesome, she followed up on everything and made sure that I was taken care of. I highly recommend this company for standing behind its products and making sure that the customer is taken care of. Would highly recommend this company if you're in the market for a fitness monitor/watch. I'm satisfied with my Stinger watch which is far less expensive than a similar, less functional, Galaxy watch!

comfortable enough to forget it’s on

I wear the stinger all the time now. It’s so comfortable and I don’t have to worry about it slipping around my wrist during my workouts. The notifications have been really useful too.

The ultra sleep tracking actually made me rethink my whole routine. Never thought I’d be the guy to go to bed earlier just to improve my scores.

The stinger feels light but still sturdy. It’s been holding up well and is my favorite go to watch these days.

The ultra has become my go to for work meetings. The do not disturb mode is super handy and I don’t have to worry about constant buzzing during important calls.

I used to hate wearing watches but the stinger changed that. It’s comfortable and actually looks pretty sleek. Now I wear it every day and I don’t even think about it.

FRAUD

NEVER received the product. Then they had the balls to say it was "lost in transit" THEN they send me an email saying the new product had issues. My credit card company gave me the money back immediately. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!
