they know the scam they're running...

If you've noticed £19.99 get taken out of your account by e-secure pay and you don't know why it's because some website you've purchased an item from recently has been injected with very VERY hidden ads from this "company" that are designed to sign you up to a subscription service without you ACTUALLY knowing. No email. No texts. Nothing. They then know that this is very hard for banks to fight against. What you need to do is head to their website and cancel as soon as you can. Additionally, you need to ask for a refund from their website. They've laid out every "legal" loophole they can to make this a technically legal scam but that' can't mask the reality of what this company is at face value - a quick way for someone out there to make a ton of money off of their "users" all the while they have no knowledge of signing up.

🚨Scammers Alert 🚨 They charged me £19.99 every two weeks for 6 months without my notice and consent. I’ve never heard of them before until I checked my bank statement. I’ve never purchased anything from them. I’ve never made any agreement for recurring payments. I try to contact them for refunds but they never response. It’s basically a fraud that you are charging people without consent and authorization. Charging unknowingly without sending invoices or bills is scamming.

SCAMMERS!! FRAUDULENT CHARGES & UNAUTHORISED ACCESS

This company is engaging in what I can only describe as outright theft. Without any authorisation, consent, or explanation, they have charged my account £19.99 on the 21st of April and again on the 22nd of April — consecutive daily charges that I never agreed to. I have absolutely no idea how this company obtained access to my payment details. I did not sign up for any subscription, I did not authorise any recurring payments, and I have received no communication whatsoever explaining these charges. This is not a billing error — this is fraudulent activity. To be clear: taking money from someone's account without their knowledge or consent is theft. If this has happened to me, it is happening to others. I urge anyone who notices unexplained charges of £19.99 to check their bank statements immediately, raise a dispute with their bank, and report this company to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. I will be escalating this matter formally and will not stop until it is resolved.
