Empty promises
We chose this company because they advertise a 5 day production and we were on a tight schedule to get a sign and get our business open. Unfortunately that is not the experience we had. After many empty promises of a ship date it finally shipped almost a month later.

After spending thousands of dollars on this we are quite disappointed in the lighting. It actually only lights up the middle so it makes this sign illegible.

Channel style signs - GREAT
We ordered 2 channel-style signs for our new diner and couldn't be more pleased with them! These signs looked great in the crate and even better when the old building got the new facelift with them. I experienced some challenges that were my fault when wiring up one of the signs, but the team at Sign Monkey was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to getting us up and running. The customer support was outstanding, and I can't say how much I appreciate it. Carl and James were AWESOME. Thank you SO much for all your support and assistance!!
