Free trial cancel page deliberately freezes before charge known issue they haven't fixed
Signed up for a free trial on May 28, 2026. On June 2 I received an automatic renewal notice for $499 due on June 4. Immediately tried to cancel. The cancel button loads briefly then grays out completely with "Something went wrong. Please try again." The billing page shows an internal backend error: "This account does not have a valid Zuora account associated." The Delete Account option recommended in their own support guide doesn't exist on my account. Tested on 3 devices, 2 networks, a VPN. Every other page works perfectly. Only the cancellation pages are broken. Their AI support bot stopped responding when shown the backend error screenshot. Filed support ticket #1517524 with no human response. * This is not a one-off bug other Trustpilot reviewers report the exact same frozen cancel page before their trial ends. SimilarWeb even responded to one saying they'd "simplify the free trial cancellation process" — yet here we are. Filed an FTC complaint. Report #202408814. Date of experience: June 2, 2026

nice service for daily use, sometimes we buy paid plan but frankly speaking rarely as free version usually covers everything
Refund request was approved
The refund I requested was approved within 24 hours, which was great. At first I was chatting with the AI customer support, which eventually got me the email I could reach out to. I then sent an email, and that was it. The website itself is easy to navigate for purposes like these.

Easy to use and great product
Similarweb is awesome
Great customer service, as it should be
Well I didn't get to use the product really and my trial ended. I canceled. I don't think I was able to cancel within the 7-day window so make sure that you cancel exactly 6 days to be for sure because once the 7th day was there, they charged me. The greatest part is that they had good customer service and instantly refunded me.
