I was writing top Similarweb Support because I only signed up for your website as part of a school exam requirement. For that reason, I started a free trial. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the subscription before the trial period ended, and I no longer need the service. I asked if it is still possible to cancel the subscription now and potentially receive a refund. My request was approved. they canceled my subscription and processing my refund. A big thanks to Marko from support!!

I accidentally let my free trial lapse and was charged $490.77. As soon as I noticed, I cancelled and opened a support ticket requesting a refund. Tatsiana from the Product Support team responded within a few hours, fully understood the situation, and processed the refund immediately. No pushback, no hoops to jump through. Very fair and professional handling of what was entirely my oversight. Appreciated the quick turnaround.

[REFUNDED] Terrible experience
Most companies have it standard to send reminder emails before running the card. Especially a $420 charge. I've requested a refund after cancelling but I'm not confident I'll be getting any response. I can't imagine why they wouldn't refund customer's money that don't have a use for their service after trying it. I don't have the means to pay for this. The plan has already been cancelled the day it started. I demand my money be refunded. Update 1/15/26: I received a full refund as of today. Ali Saribay was very professional and helpful to resolve things and forward my case along to billing. Thank you!

Excellent Customer Service. I signed up for a trial to use Similar Web for a school assignment. The information was extremely valuable; however, I didn't need the paid yearly platform. I forgot to cancel the trial, and I was charged for the year. I wrote them asking to cancel my subscription and refund me, and they did so right away. Thank you!
