Price seems good. Tried to solve a problem online (phone number is where my business name is) and it said I must call to have this done. That doesn't seem efficient - I should be able to make a simple correction to my account online. I did enter my business name when filling in the application.

Transition was easy
Transition was easy. Staff is well informed and absolutely excellent. SB is the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. Perfect company to work with.
They walk you through the process
The staff and customer service were great. They pretty much held my hand and no question was a stupid question. They were available even after the transaction.

Waste of time. Don't bother.
They have you fill out all your information, just to send you to a list of providers, for you to "you guessed it" fill out all your information again. There are ZERO quotes or comparisons given on the site, which is 100% false advertising in my opinion.

Quick easy and a price that was less then half of other companies. I had insurance in 20min and never received any type of spam calls or emails thats just as important to me as saving money.

As a Small Business owner, the Business Side of business can be so uncomfy and overwhelming to navigate, but Amy Woodard made this part of it quite easy and actually enjoyable, which you can imagine is not an easy thing to do haha. You cancelled my insurance over me cleaning houses and taking any trash with me that is in the house. I only clean empty houses. I am still waiting for my refund.
