So disappointed with the Siraat…
So disappointed with the Siraat Titanium pans and even more disappointed with the Customer Service. Tried again and again to cook my morning omelet and it stuck miserably to the pan every time. Heated the pan on low heat for 5-7 minutes and did the water droplet test every time. Still without success. Went back and forth with Customer service for about 3 weeks before they gave us a 70% credit. I do not recommend their pans as a replacement for non stick cooking.
