Eggs stick to the pan in a major way and then it is very difficult to clean the pan even after soaking for an hour. Also, if you have used the pan and want to return it, you must pay for shipping and they will only refund 15% of the price you paid.

As previous reviews have mentioned I followed all the instructions to use but they are NOT in ANY way non- stick and even harder to clean - THIS IS A SCAM pure and simple - the good reviews are probably fake or paid for wish I had looked at this site first what a waste of money and I know I will not get a refund as they are scammers - if they do this then You will will not be reading this review

First let me say that I seldom leave reviews of my purchases but given the misgivings I had regarding my purchase of Sirrat’s titanium cookware I felt it only fair to correct some misconceptions. I am deducting a star since I believe that - for an American company with customer services in the Netherlands - not to declare that the product is manufactured and despatched from China is misleading in the extreme, particularly as their website makes mention of ‘superb European’ designs. Having placed an order before reading the many poor reviews on TrustPilot I attempted to cancel in little more than an hour but was informed the items had already been shipped - a statement I found hard to believe. Nonetheless, customer services were courteous and prompt in my dealings with them and I was surprised to received my pans in a little over two weeks. They were well packaged and solid in construction. I have used them on a few occasions, always precisely following the instructions re low/medium heat and method of testing readiness. The biggest test was a cod loin recipe that always challenges the non-stick quality of a pan and I was delighted with the results. Cleaning of the pan was a breeze. I sympathize entirely with those who have had bad experiences with their cookware and should I in the future have similar problems I will post an update but, in fairness, I can only say that I’m very content with my cookware and look forward to many years of use.

Company was great to work with. Service was fast. The only negative I have is the delivery company you are working with. The box clearly said FRAGILE and the delivery person never even stepped onto my porch. He threw the box at my door. I heard the box land and saw his actions on my doorbell camera.

I followed the instructions. I'm a very experienced cook. The food stuck to the pan. Iit was difficult to clean it off and create a non stick surface. The pan is still sticking. Added: After your response, I checked the problems on your website and also looked at Kaizen cookware. The instructions were followed when first using it. I've tried to remove the stains using baking soda as instructed, but cannot remove them.

I purchased their frying pan and there is so much sticking. We mostly use it for breakfast and everything sticks. We have done what all the videos say, we have taken the advice from their customer service and changed and tried and done everything that we’ve been told and the sticking never stops. We contacted the company because they advertise a 100 day trial and this is false. Their customer service is awful and they are only offering to refund 15% of the purchase amount and they will keep the pan once it’s returned. This company is a scam and the products are awful. There are much better products out there. Do not waste your time and money on Siraat.

I wish shipping would have been a little faster. I was so happy & excited to have ordered these pans that I wanted them shipped quickly so I could begin using them. When they arrived I was impressed at how well they were packaged. My first meal prepared in one of the pans was breakfast. The pan distributed the heat so well I was able to cook my eggs, bacon & potatoes all at the same time with excellent control and results. The pan cleaned extremely easy with warm water and just a little liquid soap. I feel confident that I am going to get many years of satisfaction and great meals prepared in my pans. They really epitomise “The Joy Of Cooking”!

I received merchandise likely damaged in transit and let them know. I received a very quick and cordial response. I provided a few photos and received a replacement at no cost. Very happy with their titanium pans. I have two.

SIRAAT TITANIUM HAMMERED PAN PRO looks nice but thats all it does. I followed instructions, the food stuck to it worse than the cheapest fry pan I have ever bought. What an absolute waste of money. Went to customer services who asked a couple of questions and then ignored anything else I asked. No offer to replace or refund. Haven't used it since. As always a standard generic answer with no refund for a product thst doesn't work.

Ordered a frying pan that claims to be the best pan you’ll ever need. you can try it out, cook whatever you want and if you don’t like it you can get a full refund up to 100 days This is clearly written on the website I had some issues and they gave me suggestions, none of it worked. I asked for a refund. They asked for more info and photos. I did that. They offered 20%credit and keep the pan. I don’t want the pan. It doesn’t work as stated I sent them what the website says and they replied with 30%credit and they can’t take back a used pan. I showed them once again that the website says use the pan and you’ll get a full refund up to 100 days of use. They are being deceitful and not standing by their website offer. The email transactions were always answered I warn people to not purchase anything from this company To update my situation positively, they assigned a different representative to my case once they saw this review and stood by their website policy as written online and granted a full refund. I appreciate that in the end acted professionally with integrity and did the right thing.
