I've been cooking for well over 60 years. In all that time, I've gone through a ton of pans. This Siraat pan has been the absolute best I've ever used. I dove down the rabbit hole to do my research on titanium pans. Yes, you can get knockoff pans other places. However, those pans you'll be tossing. The pan heats evenly, doesn't burn the food (you don't need high heat!) and clean up is great. I've had an old, metal spatula that was my mother's and I'm so glad I never got rid of it. I can use it with confidence on my pans now. I'll never have to buy another pan. Customer service is awesome and their 100 day guarantee is a definite plus.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would do it. Siraat’s Kitchen is one of the most deceptive companies I have ever encountered in my life. Their website CLEARLY STATES their refund policy is as follows… “ We're confident you'll love cooking with Siraat. That's why every order comes with a 100-day trial period, from the day it arrives at your door. Use it, cook with it, and see the difference for yourself. If it's not for you, we'll take it back. No complicated process.” I followed the cooking instructions to a T and I was very disappointed with the performance of their pan. The pan also completely changed colors after one use and it looks like it’s 20 years old. My food stuck to the pan and was not able to come clean with the instructions they provided for cleaning. When I contacted the company regarding their refund policy, I was told by Jen that since the pan was used one time it was not eligible for a refund. I have been going round and round with her for 2 days and 7 emails regarding returning the pan and getting a refund and she is refusing to comply with the terms on their own website. The first clue that Siraat is a deceptive company should’ve been when I had to return a wrong size lid that was purchased for this pan. Siraat made me pay $30 for a prepaid label. When I went to the USPS, the employee told me that shipping for the lid should’ve only cost $16.44. Siraat is overcharging for shipping fees and pocketing the extra money by inflating USPS prices which are set forth by the Board of Governors of the USPS and then reviewed by the Postal Regulatory Commission who has the last word in the prices set across the board in the United States. They have decided to practice outside the confines of the unfair and deceptive trade act. This company is in violation of false advertisement which violates basic truth in advertising principles enforced by the FTC, the deceptive trade practices act and they are in breech of contract of their own website. I advised Jen that I would be leaving honest reviews of Siraat’s Kitchen and this one is my first.

This company resells supposedly titanium pans but they don't manufacture them. They are likely made in China. I bought two of these pans and the handles on both have loosened as they are not welded on properly. The rivets are hollow and pure crap. Don't buy pans from this company. You are wasting your money. Update 7/23/26: The company responded to my negative review here and decided to replace the two pans I bought that had defective handle attachments. At least this shows the company is willing to support their product beyond the stated 100 day warranty which I told them was too short for a supposed quality product. We will see if these replacement pans hold up or if the handles loosen on these as well. For now, I am raising my review to 4 stars. Fingers crossed.

If I could give Siraat 0 stars I would. Don't buy from this company. The pan, shipped from China, arrived much later than promised. I have been trying to return the pan for a refund for 3 weeks and customer service is abysmal. The return portal does not work and customer service is completely unresponsive. They are intentionally making the return process as difficult as possible.

The skillet we ordered looked like a great solution to the problem of cleaning skillets after mess, greasy food preparation. Once the coking and meal was complete, the "clean up" was the true test. It was easier to clean with soap and water than I expected. There was a whitish film on the surface of the pan once the soap and water was rinsed off, but it came off easily with Bar-Keeper's friend. (The char from the food preparation was easily rinsed off after briefly soaking in water.) I like this pan a lot and I'm happy to own it.

They advertise their pans as nonstick, but that is a complete lie. Everything sticks to them—even bacon. I have been trying to return the cookware, but the company is making the process very difficult. I spent $786 on these products, and they refuse to take them back. Instead, they are only offering me a 20% discount. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I believe their advertising is misleading, and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for false advertising. After going back and forth with me, they eventually offered me a 100% refund. I've asked for shipping information to return their product. They first asked for pictures, and I sent those. After not responding, I inquired again and was told to send a video. No response. Three weeks later, I still hadn't received my promised refund or return information, and they stopped responding. I found their address online, returned everything there, and disputed the charges with my CC. Terrible!

Do not buy. Have never been more disappointed - everything sticks to the pan. Tried to return the pan and they refused to honour their customer satisfaction guarantee unless you haven’t used the pan - how do you know how bad it is until you use it? Avoid at all costs.

Bought the wok pan. It worked very well. Only on the first use. Subsequent uses were nightmares. Eggs, salmon, chicken all stuck to the wok pan. Extremely disappointed

Got an issue with the lid of the water bottle and the team addressed the problem very quickly and they said they would send me another one, which I thought would be only the lid, but I ended up getting a new bottle, really appreciate and impressed👍

I gave the pan a 4 star, because when I fried 4 burgers, they all stuck to the pan. I was disappointed, I wasn’t expecting the meat to stick. However, the clean up was fine, it took a bit of soaking but the pan looked brand new again. Another thing, when I received the package, there were no instructions on the use of the pan or a company name etc. I found that strange.

I had decided shortly after ordering that I needed to cancel my order. I sent an email as this is the only option. I requested the order be canceled (this was within the 1 hour specified time frame). I am happy to say that I received a response very quickly and my order was canceled. Within 24 hours I received notification of the refund being processed. The cancelation was very easy and my experience with customer service was excellent.

Great communication regarding deliveries over a number of products. The frying pan is great , i bought one for each of my adult children. Eggs still stick a bit, but its easy to clean.

I’m in the process of ordering several of your pans BUT NOT sure now!!!!! I do NOT like your generic replies from Siraat’s c.s. to most of your customers’ negative comments. “Basically, many say - we are sorry with our poor cs, for our non-sticking pans that do STICK badly, that quality is NOT as good as we advertise, etc. Then you still don’t make things right. Just saying “SORRY“ is definitely not right. Will check back for your response. Will pause my order until I see your response to me.
