I called because I thought I’d been sent the wrong item for the mini wok. It turns out that the website didn’t make it clear that the mini was not the traditional wok shape. I wanted to keep what was sent to me and they offered me a discount for a wok shaped pan of my choice. It was seamless and Siraat was very responsive. I also just love this cookware.

This pan exceeded my expectations
This pan exceeded my expectations. I had green pans and they were very maintenance heavy and not very non-stick. My wife had badgered me to get a traditional non-stick but I don't want the forever chemicals. I bought this pan out of desperation hoping it would perform at least as well as the green pan (Which wasn't great). I followed instructions and it performed marvelously creating a nice sear and releasing a couple boneless pork chops with very easy clean up. The real test was my egg the next morning. I followed instructions and after a very light nudge, the egg released completely and slid around the pan like it was non-stick. Clean up was again super easy. I was super skeptical but this is a now officially my favorite pan.

Siraat Titanium Pan - Customer Support
07/22/2026 -- I recently purchased the Titanium Pan Pro (the standard version) from Siraat,
I purchased 2 pans Titanium Pan Pro (the standard version) and started to make use of them after a rather poor delivery time line.
With these pans came their own recommended spatula which i got free and decided to use that only..
Well 3 eggs and the first cook the pans got scratched by their own spatula and the food burnt to the pan.
UPDATE : 04/8/2026
While there were some challenges with the product that I had purchased (Titanium Pan Pro - Standard Version) which in itself was questionable the customer experience and support honestly delivered.
The support team demonstrated strong conflict-resolution approach and took the time and effort to understand but also work through the challenges to ensure that the i experience the product as described.
We have been exchanging communications throughout the whole process from start to finish and they have only shown that they are dedicated to resolve this which we did and we reached a mutually satisfactory outcome for both parties.
To be fair to the company and the support team it’s only right that I have to applaud them on this.
