The sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. Helped me make a change to my order after the initial order with no issue. Had a service call afterward for a minor issue. Representative was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Folks at the warehouse were equally impressive.

We recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Skaffs. We could not have asked for better service. Our sales person listened to what we wanted and then showed us a variety of pieces. We love the floor but did not like all the repair that we had to do after they were done. A lot of touching up paint where they scrape the walls and the closet doors. We were supposed to have two people working three days and we had one person Worked three days and the other person worked one day. I have been busyDoing the repairs! One of the closet guides was broke when they put it in and when I went to take it out they had to use 2 1/2 inch screws to screw it in the floor and stripped out the heads of the screw! Also we have found several spots where there was glue on the floor! The flooring was great we love it but the process and the workmanship could’ve been a lot better!

Not to thrilled about how long it took to get our flex steel furniture, it took more than 6 weeks and then my rocker recliner isn’t right so they ordered a new mechanism for it and have to wait mire than 2 weeks.

Very sorry about the delay in the delivery. Typically the orders from Flexsteel have been pretty true to the six week window. As for the recliner mechanism, we will follow up with the service department and make sure they get back out there to resolve any issue promptly. I needed a loveseat with a fold-out futon and was having difficulty finding one. When I called Skaff, they let me know what they had that fit the description, then helped me find it when I got to the store and were generally very helpful, pleasant, and easy to work with.

I have ALWAYS gotten great service from the sales team, especially Cindy at the Flint location! I have used Skaff Furniture almost exclusively since the 70s and my parents before me ALWAYS did so at the downtown Flint location when Woodrow was heading the business. (Only issue was ONCE with the delivery/repair supervisor who had an issue with Ageism). But, The current owner, Rick I believe is his name, took care of the problem!
The delivery men are awesome and friendly and very careful with furniture! Skaff’s is always my “go to” company!
