I purchased a sectional through Shaye. She was very helpful and I'm pleased with the service and sectional.
I also purchased carpeting for the basement through Rhonda. She was nice and friendly to us but obviously on commission. I picked out the top of the line carpeting and was told the price installed was $6.95 per square foot. I was keeping the kids in line so after I got home I did the math. She charged me $7.33 a square foot (before tax). No big deal right? Wrong... she called a couple days later and said the actual measurements came out requiring an additional 20 square feet of carpeting and I would owe an additional $400!! That's $20 a square foot!! That's when I told her about her original math error and I would not pay an additional $400 for the carpeting. I told her to cancel the order. Besides, I'm an engineer and I know I didn't need an additional 20 square feet of carpeting to complete the basement over what was originally specified. She quickly back tracked and said she was able to get me the carpeting at the originally quoted price.... lucky me. I reluctantly agreed because the sectional and carpeting delivery dates were being coordinated. Not done yet... a couple days before delivery I was called to verify the delivery time and was again quoted the $400 higher price payment due at installation. I said "cancel the order". Rhonda quickly back tracked again for her "mistake".
Obviously the sales people selling flooring are on commission and Rhonda is trying to get as much as she can out of you. Buyer beware !!!

Thank you for your feedback. After looking into it I see that the additional 36 sf was sent out and Rhonda had figured an additional $244.00. However immediately after your first conversation she changed the price back to your original price. So the additional sf would not cost you anything. The office made an error, and I apologize for that. We have resolved that problem, I am sorry it caused you any stress. But, I promise you two things; we sent out the required sq ft for your installation, Rhonda does not control that, and second, Rhonda did change the order back to your original price as agreed.

Special order was wrong. No follow through for over a month. Eventually had to drive to the warehouse to pick up the item. Had to drive from the warehouse to the store to get refunded for paid delivery.
Someone or all dropped the ball.

Love my sectional and service in the store but 2 pillows were missing and new furniture was not covered and brought into house through the rain. Sectional does not fit together perfect, some legs off the floor

The saleswoman actually came to my house when she found out I wasn't able to go to the store. She did a great job!
The delivery drivers were also excellent, and took special care getting the sofa & ottoman into the house.
