Skaff is the Best for Quality, Price an Customer Service.
Betty was our sales associate and she is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, low pressure and has a great sense of humor. We have purchased our last two sets of furniture from Skaff because of their quality brands of furniture, great pricing and great sales staff.
The delivery staff and office staff are also top notch.
We haven't received our furniture yet as it was ordered and is expected to be delivered in about 12 weeks.

We highly recommend Skaff Flooring and Carpet for your next floor or carpet home project. We were in need of updating our 15 year old home and decided to go with Skaff as they had recently completed a project at our church. We had the pleasure of working with Richard in their floor and carpet section. He gave us great advice on both our flooring and carpet choices. Once our project began, the installers for both the flooring and carpet work were top notch! They actually were able to complete our total project in less time than what they had originally planned which was a win for us! We are very happy with our new flooring (LVP) and our new carpet! We had an interesting job for Staff Carpet to do. We had them move carpet that was in the family room down to the basement and install new carpet in the family room. They did a great job in both areas! They were in and out in around 3 hours. The crew of three were professional and courteous. Thanks Skaff!

I like the Flexsteel couch very much. The Flexsteel lift chair I do not like. It is very uncomfortable for me to sit in. It is very hard on my back. I feel like my seat is sitting in an indentation. I slide down into the chair and that makes everything out of proportion. I have been trying for two weeks to adjust to the chair hoping that it would work out. I have been tempted to call, but saleslady said once I bought it it was mine, so I do not think you have a return or exchange policy. This is very unfortunate for me as I need a chair! Thank you
