Terrible Service, completely incompetent. Honestly, I'm quite sure the positive posts are just from staff and their friends. I lost out $200 from this site which is most likely a scam. They don't have a number you can call them at. They don't reply to their emails. They don't call you despite promising to do so within 24 hours on their automated site. Honestly, just don't use these guys. I am quite sure the whole thing is a scam. I lost out $200 and don't have a pair of sunglasses. I am having to work with the Singapore better business bureau to get my sunglasses once and for all. Again, a scam, don't use them.

The company goes by many International sites tricking you into believing it's a local business but all goes to Hong Kong company. Zero customer service to reply to my request to cancel my order despite sending them 4 emails already. All I get is an automatic replied email saying a customer representative will answer my query within 24 hours. That doesn't happen. Bogus operation! Stay away from this company.

Bought a Ray-Ban RX2584, it is an original but the item description on seller website says it is made in Italy, but the product shipped is made in China
A couple of things that were not that as amazing as your fast delivery time. - Rayban box appeared used and worn(sticker residue!?) the surprising thing is that it was placed in another box for 'protection' ( this was a gift for someone, it doesn't matter if its for myself) - item looked too different from the one on website. I have to look at it under a lighting to notice the colour gradient (Frame Colour: Rubberized Havana)
