This is the BEST and most economical service to unblock geo-restricted streaming from around the world. Been using SmartDNSProxy for about 10-12 years now, and I’ve got my parents and 3 friends setup now too! I love having access to free streaming apps from the UK & Ireland, and Australia. I find their TV shows are much better quality than most of the garbage the US puts out. I have access to so much more content than I ever had with cable TV. Love it! I've used SmartDNS for around 3 1/2 years and 99% of the time it's great, however when something does happens and some of the apps are unwatchable, a quick email to the fabulous customer service team corrects the fault in no time. I have to say their customer service is second to none. They're very helpful and have alway solved any issues with speed and efficiency.

Customer Service average at best
Asked them to look into a streaming service from the UK that was not working (that previously worked fine) and was fobbed off with the standard "check your settings" impersonal copy/paste level 1 reply and they clearly hadn't bothered to read my message. Thus, I can't agree on quality of customer service. It works most of the time, but customer service is average at best.

I rarely have to contact support, but when I do, they reply within 30 mins initially with troubleshooting advise, and then escalate an issue if it needs it. Some of the best support I experience.
