It's crazy that not adding on the shrink wrap means card decks will be entirely out of order in the box shipment

Our rep was very responsive, the online system and template was very easy to use. In shipment, some of our pocket folders got damaged, but that can be fixed. The quality and finish product was well done. We will continue to order from Smartpress.

I used Smartpress to print out some rack cards and they came out looking so good! I had some trouble with getting the print set up correctly and their support chat agent was so kind and helpful.
I also love that they're an employee-owned company - I feel better about supporting that.

The foiled bookmarks I got were great. Took off a star just because packaging was a bit lack lusted and the boomarks on the end were damaged from rubbing but otherwise, fast service and great product.

Smartpress was so nice to work with! I had a sign done for my store and they printed it out flawlessly, plus since it was oversized they also covered the extra shipping since I didn't see it. Overall 5 stars very good will work with again!

I ordered cards and they arrived safely, and very well packaged. The cards in my first order were beautiful and the quality outstanding, but they were a bit off center. Smartpress went out of their way to make it right, I'm extremely impressed with the way they handled the issue and will be using them again.
