I needed a very particular substrate for my signage, and Smartpress had it! The process was clear and straightforward. Our organization had to bring in a pro to get the formatting right, but the time required was manageable. Shipping costs seemed high - $300+ for two smallish boxes of booklets? But we got them in time for an event, and they were a great hit among the attendees.
