They gave me false information on pricing and were very high pressure sales. I cancelled my appointment had a device put in by another company and smart start would not refund my enrollment fee. I GIVE THEM 0 STARS!!!!

The Best people and customer service
My normal location is the I-10 location on upland rd. They always make things so hard no matter how simple it is. This is the second time I had to go to the Stafford Tx location in Houston. They are always so welcoming with great customer service and willing to help. This time I had a recall on my device. Do you know it took them less than 10mins to fix the issue. They are so awesome! I'm even thinking of making them my location for calibrations. It takes nothing to be kind to people and Smart Start Stafford Tx does it well. Thank you for your pleasant service and for not making a hard time even harder.
