Ive been a customer of SmartWings for a few years and havre really loved their products. After ordering a blind for another window it disappeared while in UPS's control. The shades are very good quality and silent. The installation is very simple and quick but the instructions for dual shades could be a little more clear to save time reprogramming the wall switches. The customer support is superb and we're very happy with the purchase.

Amazing customer service is what matters most
We've been emailing back and forth with the SmartWings team for months after Hunter Douglas gave us an absurd ($12k!) quote for blinds. It's amazing they operate with this level of personalized customer service at this scale. We shared photos, they got us swatches to choose from, and eventually we settled on the right fabric and the right setup. The roller blinds are PERFECT. Matter/Thread connection was up and running on HomeKit in minutes. We found even thinner solar panels on aliexpress and they hide right behind the housing. Install was easy -- much better hardware than selectblinds and other retailers (they use spring-loaded brackets instead of ension), the fine-tuning of the blind length with the remote is easy too. We had a problem with the fabric matching. They replaced the blind for us. No hassle at all. And they took our feedback on how to prevent it in the future. Make sure you check the "how to measure" pages to really dial in the perfect fit too. If you are shopping around, just go with SmartWings, it's the right choice. I had a complex delivery issue
I had a complex delivery issue where my order was sent to the wrong address due to a discrepancy between my confirmation and the carrier’s system. While these situations are usually a headache, the SmartWings support team. Specifically Clara, Chris, and Yulia were exceptional. They were professional, transparent, and stayed on top of a long UPS investigation for over a month. When the carrier investigation came back negative, they immediately registered a full remake and replacement for my order without any further hassle. It is rare to find a company that takes this much ownership of a shipping error and provides such consistent updates. I’m very impressed with their customer service and highly recommend them for their reliability and support.

Love our Smartwings motorized shades
Love our Smartwings motorized shades. These shades are awesome. You can add them to Alexa. The blackout shades with the side rail tracks make the room dark (I worked nights) and allow for a great sleep. The mini solar panels keep the motors charged. Either you choose the Smartwings Certified installers or a DIY, you will not be dissapointed.
