Smile actives is a ripoff. when you cancel you subscription they keep charging you. there are alot of other companies that do business the correct way & not steal money form their customers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Smileactives is a TOTAL SCAM!! They unwittingly hook you with a trial offer and then unbeknownst to you sign you up for a subscription and charge you $49 monthly. You call them and they say you approved this subscription and there is nothing you can do to stop the ongoing monthly charges. When you ask to cancel the subscription and put it in writing via email they tell you that you will be charged for four more months regardless and there is no way to stop this 4 months of charges even if you cancel your credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! I am reporting them to the BBB and going on every site I can to warn other people. Please spread the word so others don't get SCAMMED.

VERY misleading sales tactics. Order a "free" sample and you are now signed up on an ongoing subscription. I finally had my credit card cancel all current and back charges. Told by Smileactives twice that all charges have been dropped. We'll see if they keep sending me overdue notices. I will tell everyone I know (and everyone on the internet) to stay away from this scam company.

Awful experience with this seller and agree that this is a SCAM. Teeth whitening product does NOT work and they continued to Autoship the product and charge my credit card even after I was told I would no longer be charged. Had to call twice to get the madness to stop.

We've been using smileactives for about 9 months and while the color of our teeth is lighter, I can not say our teeth are white. At this time, we plan to continue to use the product for a while in hopes it will improve the color closer to white.

This product does not work, and they will automatically subscribe you to receive more of the product without your knowledge or consent, then charge your credit card $30. To try to send it back and cancel the subscription, you're forced to create an account, which is then populated with your initial purchase. When you cancel your subscription, they'll tell you that you still owe another $60 because they're installment payments.

DO NOT BUY and definitely don’t subscribe. I didn’t know I had subscribed until they started coming monthly. When you try to cancel the subscription you are still required to pay monthly installments for the time period of the subscription remaining.

I purchased the trial package of smile active and about a month later received another container of it and unbeknownst to me, they charged a additional $30 dollars to my account and sent me a email stating that I owed them an additional $90 for future containers of their product.

I was put on auto-ship with Smileactives without my consent. I received the product for 5 months and paid thru PayPal because it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the company by phone or email. I canceled the autopay for the autoship after my fifth and final shipment in May 2026. I received a collections letter from Smileactives saying that an add’l 80.00 was owed even though I had proof of all payments thru PayPal. The rep gave me an incomprehensible explanation on why I owed the 80.00. BEWARE! Smileactives are scammers!!
