I cannot get into my account to update my subscription. I have tried to reset my password multiple times but the email to reset my password never comes through, even into my junk mail. The product is great but I don’t need a regular subscription at this time.

I’ve been using Smileactive for over a year. I have found a BIG difference within a month on my bright smile. Even my dental hygienist asked what have I been doing differently. I’m 70 yrs. Old and having a bright smile makes all the difference in the world. I will continue using Smileactive because it makes me feel younger and happy! My subscription comes every four months and I can pay in three installments.

Effective product - fraudulent charges
I usually don't write these, but if you want to cancel your membership, write in to them directly. I cancelled within my account and they continued to charge me. I confirmed that my membership was cancelled, and when I wrote in asking to stop further charges, they had the nerve to ask me to wait a month. As my subscription was fully cancelled, they should have just given me money back right away. It was technically a fraudulent charge.
Anyway, would not recommend.
