Terrible customer service!!
My husband bought one of these it worked for about two weeks and then quit working, he has been trying to get a replacement because he paid the extra for the warranty and no one will return his emails or his phone calls so I would not buy anything from these guys!!!! Family relief
We had family in town last weekend and they all have suffered from back pain in the past which kicked in again after their flights and sleeping in different beds. The Machine Is Really Fantastic In What It Does In Its Many Functions.
And The Functions Work Extremely Well. I Am Getting A Lot Of Improvement In My Back From Spinal Stenosis, The Nerves In My Hip, Groin, And Legs Still Need Some Work Out. But The Res Is Great. I Just Wish The Charge Would Hold Out Longer So I Wouldn't Have to Recharge The Machine Every Other Use.

The only issue is that it does not cycle automatically I have to push the button to change the setting but other than that it seems to work well !!!

I didn't intend to purchase the smooth spine. My doctor sis it wouldn't help my hip that needs replacing. This was in April. I repeatedly sent emails requesting return instructions, I sent 7 requests. They always responded
with some offer. This went on through July. I never opened the package. I finally got instructions and returned it on July 6th. tracking said it was delivered on the 9th and someone named Jen checked it in. Its now August and they wont respond to my emails. If you order it thinking you can return it, good luck. 5 months dealing with them.
