Soap moulds arrived today, they look great & I'm looking forward to using them. Delivery has been quite a while in coming but frankly I'm happy to wait in such extraordinary times.

Lack of communication is not acceptable

I haven’t had my order. I can’t call so have emailed 3 times now and keep getting a random message saying part of my order is waiting for me?? Waiting where? I’ve paid for delivery yet there is t a tracking number available. I understand delays but your lack of communication is not acceptable. This is the first time I have ordered from you and unless I get a valid response tomorrow I will not be using you again.

Items Purchased Never received

I purchased an order 8 days ago and still have not received it. I’ve called to chase the order but cannot get through to anyone due to COVID19. I’ve emailed info email, and received there automated email: Thank you for your email this has been received and one of our customer service advisors will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please be aware our office’s are closed over the weekend and during the bank holidays. We have a high volume of enquiries that we are currently working through our apologises we will get back to you in due course. Thank you for your patience. **Please do not reply to this email** STILL NO REPLY! Therefore I cannot get through to anyone to help me. Therefore I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. This has happened before but it has never taken this long to resolve the matter, but this time I’m taken aback that I’ve heard nothing. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible please.

Bath Bomb Kit review

Ordered a Bath Bomb kit amd it arrived well packaged and in easy access bags. Could do with some printed instructions. Postage was meant to be 24 hour but turned out to be more like 3 days. Maybe current gobal situation had somethinh to do with that. Overall, one satisfied customer.

The candle making kit was not as easy…

The candle making kit was not as easy to use. Instructions to be downloaded and not as clear and concise as could have been. Candle making appears to be all about experiment .

This was my first order and considering the strange times we are in the service i received was excellent and quick.

GOODS NOT WELL PACKED AND WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION

You should improve your way to pack your orders. My purchase was heavy and the you didn't put any protection inside and the box was light and in a very poor quality. It arrived broken and some items missing during the transportation. It is not the first time I complain because I received the goods damaged. It is not Forwarding Company fault but yours ..... I wrote and hope you can refund me for this missing and broken goods...
