But...obviously sometimes our computer OS might have an update that makes things more dificult for any app to adjust.
When this happens I was always pleasently surprised at the speed at which Softorino Customer service responded to my questions and solved any problem. 5-star service!!!

Softorino has a great product and support network. WALTR PRO and Altunes is excellent software to compliment your iPhone to a computer at home. I did have some issues (on my end) with the installation, but the support team was there to guide me through the process to get the program working.
I am highly recommending IPhone users give this product a try- much easier than iTunes.

Have been using the software for years now. The software has been path defining in its genre with its clean, intuitive and uncluttered interface (which coincidentally everyone else is trying to do today). But what stands out is the remarkable support the team provides. Timely and most relevant. Hope to see more exciting products from the Softorino team.
